How Was Your Day?

I’m always looking for new ways to think about our days. There seems to be no limit to my curiosity about daily comings and goings. Nor do I think I’ll ever tire of gathering information that could be helpful in planning the days to come or of documenting the little moments that matter most.

When it comes right down to it, days are units of time I feel I can wrap my head around. They’re long enough to make meaningful observations about what worked and what didn’t and short enough to look back on pretty easily before heading off to bed.

With all of that in mind, it didn’t take long for last week’s circles to turn into today’s new journal page about … you guessed it, our days. Kind of a whimsical one, I think, bursting with prompts in bright colours. I’ve listed this new page in my printables shop, if you’d like to take a peek.

In the meantime, how about a quick journal prompt from the new page:

What’s one view you gazed out at today?
