You’ll receive all three journal pages, plus a quick introduction page, in a zip file. Printable journal pages are offered in four pages sizes: letter, half letter, A4, and A5. See below for download information and printing tips.

After checkout, you’ll receive a secure link to a zip file containing all three journal pages in four page sizes: letter, half letter, A4, and A5. Once you click the link, you will have 24 hours to download the file to your computer before the link expires. (But don’t worry! If you forget to download and your link expires, just send me a quick email and I’ll resend your link.)
To print your journal pages:
Open the zip file by double clicking on the file.
Once you’ve opened your zip file, open individual PDF files in your PDF reader. (Adobe Reader is available for free at www.adobe.com .)
Scroll to the page(s) you’d like to print in the PDF.
Select "File", then select "Print".
Under "Pages to Print", enter the page number(s) you'd like to print in the "Pages" box.
Select "Print" to print your page(s) and start journaling!
